NSSF’s membership is comprised of over 10,500 manufacturers, distributors, firearm retailers, shooting ranges, sportsmen’s organizations and endemic media. [...] The report also highlights the significant impact the firearm and ammunition industry has on wildlife conservation funding in America through its growing Pittman-Robertson excise tax contributions to the Wildlife Restoration Trust Fund which exceeded $944 million in 2023.
