20201 September 20, 2024 Dear SRAE Grantees: The Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention (APP) Program in the Administration on Children, Youth and Families (ACYF), Family and Youth Services Bureau (FYSB) is pleased to announce a two- day topical training, Trauma Informed Facilitation of SRAE Programming on November 19-20, 2024, in Charlotte, North Carolina. [...] The two-day training will be an excellent opportunity for your staff to acquire key skills for successful programming and to gain insights from experts. As stated in the Sexual Risk Avoidance Education Program (SRAE) Notice of Funding Opportunity, each grant is required to send two staff persons to a topical training per year. [...] Please keep in mind that SRAE project staff are required to meet the attendance of at least one training prior to the end of October 2025, but staff can attend more than one if the travel costs are allocated in your approved budget and attendee space is available. [...] The lodging, meal and incidental costs rate will follow the FY 2024 per diem rate for Charlotte, North Carolina. [...] All costs will be at the expense of attendees.
