Enhanced programme We are offering six teams the opportunity to receive a year of free one-to-one coaching from one of the QI coaches. Successful teams will be asked to showcase their improvement journey to attendees at the four online shared learning events throughout the 12-month programme. [...] • Project leadership: you will need to identify a project lead(s) to manage the work of the team and be the key point of liaison with the QI coach. [...] • Project team: you will need to establish a small QI project team that includes multidisciplinary staff of all grades. Teams are required to have at least one lived experience representative on their team to fulfil the criteria for selection. [...] • Showcasing your progress at online learning sessions: there will be four online shared learning sessions where all teams participating in the enhanced programme will be expected to share their QI initiatives and progress with fellow participants. All NCAPPage 2 of 4 members, whether or not they are participating in the enhanced programme, are invited to attend these sessions to allow for [...] Week commencing 1st April The six teams will be able to book in an introductory call with their QI coach who will support them in establishing their QI project team and collecting their baseline data. [...] Teams will then be able to meet virtually with their QI coach in preparation for the in-person training day in May. [...] Thursday 23rd May 11:00- 15:00pm We will be hosting an in-person QI training event at the Royal College of Psychiatrists, London for Project Leads and one other QI project team member to attend.
