The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) is reissuing the announcement of the availability of FY 2001 funds for grants for the following activity. This announcement changes the submission date to August 10, changes the address to which applications must be submitted, changes eligibility requirements, and adds the requirement for letters of support. This notice is not a complete description of the activity; potential applicants must obtain a copy of the Guidance for Applicants (GFA), including Part I, Cooperative Agreement for a Technical Assistance Center for Statewide Family Networks (short title: Statewide Networks Technical Assistance), and Part II, General Policies and Procedures Applicable to all SAMHSA Applications for Discretionary Grants and Cooperative Agreements, before preparing and submitting an application.
