The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS), and Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) announce the availability of FY 1998 funds for grants and cooperative agreements for the following activities. These activities are discussed in more detail under Section 4 of this notice.
